Pastor Oates and his wife, Co-Pastor Priscilla Oates, founded the Positive Generation in Christ ALTAR CENTER in 2002. This ministry was established by Jesus Christ's uncompromised word of God so that every person can know their purpose in the kingdom of God. Much effort has gone into preparing the Church to be productive in the kingdom of God and bring forth a ministry for the next generations to come so that mature Christians in God will learn their purpose in life, on this earth, and will come into the unity of the faith with the body of Christ.
